Technology – and our children’s use of it – can be a thorny issue. On the one hand digital is a fantastic resource for information, entertainment and communication. One the other hand, we seem to have raised a generation of children glued to a phone or tablet.

The very mention of stepping away from the screen can lead to tantrums – parent and child. So how should we react to this? Is it an addiction or are we worrying about nothing? That’s very much the subject of this episode of the podcast.
