Shipping
Standard Delivery
Pending order payment and verification of submitted options, please allow approximately 5 – 7 business days for shipping delivery time, excluding holidays. Personalised or custom orders require additional time. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your shipping tracking reference.
We use Parcelforce for purchases that include the whiteboard, and Royal Mail for everything else. Please remember that once your bundle of revision joy has left us, we have no control. On the rare occasion that something does go wrong, your first resort should be to check the delivery information. But please do let us know if there’s anything that we can do to help.
Cost
The exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the total value and weight of your order before taxes. Additional charges may apply for oversize items and remote areas.
Priority and Express Delivery options are available.
VAT
All prices include VAT. Your order confirmation will show the full breakdown. If you need an invoice, please let us know.
International Orders
If you wish to ship an order outside of the UK, please email or call us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note: we can not be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges.
