In particular we look at why teenagers’ sleep patterns are different and what can be done to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Annoyingly when your adolescent child is telling you that they’re not tired at the time you want them to go to bed, they might have science on their side! Faith also provides some great tips for building a good routine – especially important given the upheaval that the Covid-19 pandemic is causing at the moment.
